Please note that it is not possible to make reservations for stays longer than two weeks through our system. To do so, you must contact us by email. A non-refundable deposit will be required.

Arrival hours: between 12:00 and 18:00.
Check-out time: until 11:00 am.
If your room is not ready, we will be happy to hold your luggage so you can go for a walk. After 6:00 pm, arrivals will be done autonomously (door code, your room number, indication of parking possibilities). No arrival after 6:00 pm.
No extra beds are available.
Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
We speak English, French and Spanish.
Public parking is available nearby (without prior reservation) at a rate of $14 CAD per day.
Free public parking is available nearby (no reservations required).

Cancellation and payment policies

You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation 7 days prior to your arrival date.
