In keeping with Montreal’s culinary tradition, a city where the love of gastronomy is expressed in restaurants, brasseries, pubs, third wave cafés and even at every festival, our B&B has been vibrant for over 20 years, buzzing to the rhythm of its varied, colourful and creative gastronomic breakfasts. Inspired by the culinary influences of our country and beyond, Nathalie creates innovative and generous meals in the Guesthouse’s kitchen, always accompanied by traditional breads and the famous jams that have built the reputation for twenty years (carrots and oranges, plums and kiwis, lemons and limes, apricots and pineapples, red tomatoes and nuts, etc.). Breakfasts, enjoyed around the large table of the B&B, are the ideal time to share, exchange and prepare for the day of discovery that awaits you.
In addition, in a city where the appreciation of urban agriculture in the day-to-day lives of Montrealers is so clear, the B&B’s meals are inspired by the four seasons of Quebec and are supplied by local producers, reflecting in the plate the best that Quebec has to offer according to the months of the year.
